Terms of service.

heymarta.ai (“Marta”, “we”) generates marketing content: campaign images, captions, previews, and short videos, created from the prompts and materials you provide. Marta works through this website and a command-line tool; parts of the experience require third-party software (such as Claude Code) that we do not operate and cannot make promises about.

You need an account with a confirmed email (or Google sign-in) to use the service. Keep your credentials safe; what happens under your account is your responsibility. One person, one account: registering multiple accounts to collect welcome credits is abuse and can end all of them.

Generation is paid with prepaid credits (1 credit = $0.01 of generation). Credits are consumed as you create; estimates are shown before you commit. Purchased credits do not expire, have no cash value, and are not transferable.

Welcome and promotional credits are a gift: we may cap, reduce, or expire them to prevent abuse, and they are consumed before paid credits.

Payments are processed by Stripe as one-time purchases. If a purchase went wrong, write to hello@heymarta.ai and we will look at it like humans; your statutory rights are unaffected.

Only submit materials you have the right to use: your brand, your products, your images, or work you are authorized to do for a client. You are responsible for what you publish, including trademark and advertising-law compliance in your market. No unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content; no attempts to break, overload, or reverse the service; no reselling of raw API access.

We can rate-limit, suspend, or close accounts that abuse the service or its free credits. If we close your account without cause on our side, we will refund unused purchased credits.

The assets Marta generates for you are yours to use, to the fullest extent we can grant them. You give us the limited rights needed to process your inputs and store your outputs so the service works. The Marta name, site, films, and product are ours; please do not pass them off as yours.

Generated content can be wrong, weird, or resemble other things in the world. Review everything before you publish it. Marta shows you real receipts and real outputs, but she is a tool, not a marketing agency of record, and no revenue or performance outcome is promised.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes belong to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
